Change an FTP Password Tips

When hosting a website on Internet Information Services (IIS), you can provide users with an FTP password so they can upload files to the web server. The password you give to the user can be changed in the IIS console for the FTP server. It’s important to protect the FTP area of your server with a user name and password. This eliminates the chance for anonymous users uploading malicious files on your server, which can lead to security issues on your network.
